Information you provide
When you request information or join our update list, we receive the contact details and request information you submit. We use them to respond to your request and provide the updates you asked for. Website email signups are stored in the signup service and passed to the 117 Industries CRM with the RND site and source identified.
Website operations and service providers
117 Industries provides website and CRM infrastructure for this site. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the website. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive client records through public forms.
Website measurement
We use first-party website analytics operated by 117 Industries. The tracker records page paths, referral categories, visits and interactions such as link clicks, scrolling and form attempts. It does not send form contents or URL query strings to the analytics collector and does not set analytics cookies. The collector uses a daily pseudonymous visitor identifier and does not store raw IP addresses in its event records. Landing-page measurement also records which page variant was viewed and whether a signup endpoint accepted a submission; it does not include the submitted email in the analytics event.
Your choices
Joining the update list is optional. To ask about your information, request a correction or removal, or stop updates, use the contact option on the RND Global homepage and identify the email address used for your request. Information needed for an ongoing project or required records may need to be retained. A separate service agreement may describe additional handling for project data.
